Eklektos builds digital products for creators.
You stay the face. Eklektos does the research, builds the offer, writes the launch and runs everything behind it. You pay nothing upfront and keep the majority of what it earns.
- Nothing upfront
- You keep the majority
- No lock-in
- Audience research
- Monetisation audit
- Offer architecture
- Curriculum design
- Launch sequence
- Sales page
- Payments & onboarding
- Delivery & support
- Evergreen rebuild
A brand deal ends. A product compounds.
One pays you once for renting your audience out. The other keeps paying every time someone new finds you, and it stays yours afterwards.
A brand deal is rented attention. A product is the thing your attention was always for.
Three builds, fully specified
There are no client launches to show yet, so here is the standard instead. Three builds, specified the way everything here gets specified.
The Live Cohort
A small group, taught live over a few weeks, with one clear outcome. The fastest route to real revenue, because nothing has to be perfect before it starts.
- Format
- Live, weekly
- Price band
- €150-300
- Your time
- ~2 h / week
The Playbook
One thing you already know, structured properly and made self-paced. Bought in an evening, finished in a weekend, sold for years afterwards.
- Format
- Self-paced
- Price band
- €47-97
- Your time
- One recording block
The Inner Circle
A monthly room for the people who already message you. Recurring revenue that doesn’t need a new launch every quarter to survive.
- Format
- Monthly membership
- Price band
- €19-39 / mo
- Your time
- One call a month
Six stages, and what each one costs you
- 01
Read
Your comments, DMs and best-performing posts get read properly. What your audience struggles with, what they’ve already tried, and the exact words they use for it.
Your partA conversation
- 02
Audit
What that audience would pay for, ranked against what it’s worth and how fast it can exist. Not a brainstorm, a shortlist with reasons.
Your partNothing
- 03
Architect
The offer itself: the promise, the format, the price, and what happens in week one. Built to be launchable in weeks rather than polished for months.
Your partApproval on the offer
- 04
Sequence
A fourteen-day story arc written in your voice, so the offer lands as the obvious next step instead of arriving out of nowhere on launch day.
Your partApproval on the scripts
- 05
Launch
You post. Everything behind the post is run here: the page, the payments, the onboarding, the delivery, and the support inbox.
Your partShowing up on camera
- 06
Compound
What worked becomes evergreen, a higher tier, or a community. Version two starts from real data instead of a blank page.
Your partNothing
What a first launch actually looks like
Numbers make this concrete. These are illustrative, not a forecast, but the shape is right.
seats on a first cohort
per seat
gross on a full cohort
- Your shareThe majority of net revenue
- EklektosThe minority, after platform and payment fees
- Your cash at riskNothing, at any stage
Illustrative figures. Platform and payment fees come out before the split, and the exact percentage is agreed with you in writing before any work starts. A first cohort is deliberately small. It’s there to prove demand, not to be the ceiling. TODO: replace with real modelling.
The terms, in plain words
If you are reading this, someone sent you here on purpose.
Eklektos funds and builds all of it. The research, the offer, the curriculum, the launch sequence, the sales page, the payment and onboarding setup, and the support inbox afterwards. There is no invoice at any point and no retainer.
In exchange, the revenue from what sells is split, and you keep the majority. The exact percentage is written down and agreed with you before any work starts. Never after, and never on a handshake.
You stay the face of it and you hold approval over all of it: the offer, the price, the scripts and anything that goes out in your name. Nothing is published that you haven’t signed off.
If it never sells, you’ve lost a few hours and Eklektos has lost weeks of work. That imbalance is deliberate. It’s what keeps the standard honest on this side of the table.
Either side can end it with thirty days in writing. There is no lock-in, and no clause that makes leaving expensive.
Who this works for
Not every audience is ready for a product, and saying so early saves everyone time. Here is the honest version.
A good fit
- An audience that replies to you, whatever its size.
- You’re good at one specific thing.
- People already ask you how you did it.
- A split works for you instead of a cheque upfront.
- You’ll still be posting in twelve months.
Not a fit
- The following is bought, dormant, or borrowed from a trend.
- You want a flat fee instead of a share of what it earns.
- The plan is one post on launch day and nothing after.
- You don’t want to be on camera at all.
Asked before
Built properly, or not at all.
Every product goes out with your name on it, so nothing ships that isn’t worth it. If you have an audience that listens and something you’re good at, the conversation starts with a message.
One product at a time, built in your voice and worth the name that goes on it. That standard is the whole business. It’s why nothing is published without your sign-off, and why the work is never rushed to fill a calendar.
