Nº 01Mariam, shadow operator

The groundwork behind a real launch.

Most creators have the audience, just not a way to sell to it. I build that part, quietly, in the background: the product, the launch and the systems behind it. You stay the face.

Nº 03The diagnosis

Trust and attention don’t turn into income on their own.

Ever wonder why creators with real audiences still make almost nothing from them? It’s rarely the content. It’s that nobody ever shaped the trust into something people can buy.

Nº 0001

ForA creator with an audience that listens

Symptoms

  1. i.They save your posts, come back for more and reply to your stories.
  2. ii.“Do you have a guide for this?” The same questions, every week.
  3. iii.The product never gets built, because building it is a second job.

Assessment

The trust is already there. The structure to sell to it isn’t.

Prescribed

The product, the launch and the systems behind it. Built for your audience, under your name.

Repeat: as long as it works for both of us

Nº 04The formula

Two roles. One outcome.

Each side does what it’s best at. You don’t learn a new skill or run a new platform. You bring what you already have, and I build everything underneath it.

Nº 05Directions for use

Five steps, and how little each one asks of you.

Every partnership runs the same way. The line at the bottom of each arch is your part. It’s meant to be the short one.

  1. I

    Conversation

We talk about your audience and what you teach. I tell you honestly whether I think there’s a product in it, and if there isn’t, I say so.

    Your part

    One conversation

  2. II

    Understanding

I study your content, your tone and the questions your audience keeps asking. The product starts from their words, not mine.

    Your part

    Share what people ask you

  3. III

    Build

The product, shaped around how your audience talks, plus the sales page, the checkout and the delivery behind it.

    Your part

    Review drafts

  4. IV

    Launch

Not one announcement post. A story-first launch over about two weeks: warm up, give real value, then open the cart.

    Your part

    Show up for your audience

  5. V

    Keep building

What sold, what didn’t, what comes next. A first launch is the foundation of the partnership, not the end of it.

    Your part

    Keep creating

Nº 06The collection

Proof before promises.

There’s no client launch to show yet, so here’s the next best thing: three flagship builds, made as if a creator in each space were handing them straight to their audience. Pick one off the shelf.

Nº 07Suitable for

Made for creators who teach something real.

  • An engaged audience

People who trust you. Engagement matters more than follower count.

  • You teach something

Educational content: people learn something from you.

  • You get asked for a guide

“Do you have a guide for this?”, and you don’t have one yet.

  • You’d rather create

You’d rather keep creating than run a business on the side.

Not recommended if

  • You’re still chasing your first followers.
  • You want a fixed-fee freelancer for a one-off job.
  • You won’t show up for your own launch.

Key ingredients: spaces I know from the inside

  • Study systems

I study pharmacy myself. The workload, the exam pressure and the language are my everyday, not research.

  • Ingredient-first skincare

I read an ingredient list the way most people can’t. It keeps a product honest and sharp.

  • Vinted & thrift flipping

Shopping and business in one, with results a buyer can measure from the first sale.

Plus fitness and everyday health, where I spend most of my free time anyway.

Nº 08The terms

Certificate of terms

The terms, in plain words.

If you’re reading this, I probably sent you here.

  1. I.I build the product, the launch and the systems behind it. You stay the face of all of it.
  2. II.I’m paid from what the product earns: a revenue share we agree in writing before any work starts. There’s no upfront fee and no retainer.
  3. III.Nothing goes out under your name without your yes. It’s your audience, and it stays yours.
  4. IV.If the product doesn’t sell, neither of us is paid. That’s exactly why I only take on builds I genuinely believe in.
  5. V.You won’t find made-up numbers anywhere on this page. Results appear here when a creator agrees to share them.

Nº 09In conversation

Hi, I’m Mariam.

Pharmacy student, gym regular, ingredient-list reader. And the person behind the part of a launch nobody sees.

Who are you, outside of this?

I’m a pharmacy student in Sweden. Between lectures and exams I’m usually in the gym, reading, cooking, or with my family and friends. Skincare and self-care are the part of my day I never skip.

What do you actually do for creators?

I build the part of the business their audience never sees, so the trust they’ve earned turns into something real. They stay the face, I do the work behind it.

“The first thing I send a creator is something made for their audience, not a pitch.”

Who do you work with?

I respect people who built something without changing who they are, and I work the same way. I only reach out to creators I’d be proud to stand next to.

Why “Groundwork”?

Groundwork is the quiet work that comes before anything people can see. The arch only stands because of what was laid underneath it. That’s the part I build.

On her shelf

  • Pharmacy textbooks01
  • Gym bag02
  • Skincare & self-care03
  • A good cookbook04
  • Something to read05
