Your audience trusts you.
They save your posts, come back for more and reply to your stories. That trust took years to build, and it’s the hardest part. You already have it.
Shadow operating for creators
I build that part, quietly, in the background. The product, the launch and the systems behind it. You stay the face. I handle the rest.

What goes into a build: Audience research, Offer design, Workbooks & guides, Template packs, Sales page, Checkout & delivery, Launch sequence, Follow-up emails
The gap
Ever wonder why creators with real audiences still make almost nothing from them? It’s rarely the content. It’s that nobody ever structured the trust into something people can buy.
They save your posts, come back for more and reply to your stories. That trust took years to build, and it’s the hardest part. You already have it.
The same ones, in comments and DMs, every week. That isn’t noise. It’s people telling you exactly what they’d want help with.
Turning that into something sellable is a second job: the product, the page, the checkout, the launch. On top of creating, it rarely happens.
“The trust is already there. The system to sell to it isn’t.”
How it works
Each side does what it’s best at. You don’t learn a new skill or run a new platform. You bring what you already have.

03The process
Every partnership runs the same way. The right-hand side is your part. It’s meant to be the short one.
We talk about your audience and what you teach. I tell you honestly whether I think there’s a product in it, and if there isn’t, I say so.
Your part
One conversation
Before anything is built, I study your content, your tone and the questions your audience keeps asking. The product starts from their words, not mine.
Your part
Share what people ask you
The product, shaped around how your audience talks: the problem, the steps, the bonus. Plus the page, the checkout and the delivery behind it.
Your part
Review drafts, give feedback
Not one announcement post. A story-first launch over about two weeks: warm the audience up, give real value, then open the cart.
Your part
Show up for your audience
What sold, what didn’t, what comes next. A first launch is the start of the partnership, not the end of it.
Your part
Keep creating
What I build
There’s no client launch to show yet, so here’s the standard instead: one build, specified the way every build gets specified. The creator is fictional, the thinking isn’t.

For a self-discipline educator
A self-discipline educator, around 60K followers, mostly students and young professionals.
One creator. One audience. One build.
Narrow and immediately useful. A guide, a workbook, a template pack, whatever fits the topic, built so it looks like it took a week.
The plan and the sequence: what goes out, when and why, so the audience is ready before the cart opens.
Sales page, checkout and delivery. The parts the audience never notices, because they simply work.
Finished builds
Finished builds are published here with real screenshots, the cover and the pages inside. Never a mockup of an idea.

The terms
If you’re reading this, I probably sent you here.
I build the product, the launch and the systems behind it. You stay the face of all of it.
I’m paid from what the product earns: a revenue share we agree in writing before any work starts. There’s no upfront fee and no retainer.
Nothing goes out under your name without your yes. It’s your audience, and it stays yours.
If the product doesn’t sell, neither of us is paid. That’s exactly why I only take on builds I genuinely believe in.
And you won’t find made-up numbers anywhere on this page. Results appear here when a creator agrees to share them.

About
I’m based in South Africa. I edit short-form video in CapCut, I listen to a lot of philosophy and self-improvement, and when I’m not working I’m usually baking or in the garden.
What I do for creators is simple to say. I build the part of the business their audience never sees, so the trust they’ve earned turns into something real.
I’d rather show than tell, so the first thing I send a creator is something made for their audience, not a pitch.
