This website is run by Gareth Govender (Digital Knight), based in South Africa. This notice explains what happens to the information you share here, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What is collected

Nothing through this website. The contact form doesn’t send anything anywhere: it only turns your answers into a message inside your own browser and copies it, so you can paste it to me on Whop yourself. This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you message me

Once you send that message on Whop (or Instagram), I see what you wrote, your name and your handle. I use it only to read your message, look at your content and reply about a possible collaboration. It’s never sold or shared for marketing. Whop’s and Instagram’s own privacy policies apply to their platforms.

How long

Only as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, to run that collaboration. Ask at any time and your details are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to it being used. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
