Question 1

I just finished a course or challenge. Is this for me?

Accepted Answer

That is exactly who it is for. A course or challenge shows you the model. What usually stops people afterwards is the setup: which path, which product, a site and profile buyers trust, and a way to reach them. That is the part I build with you. Start with the free roadmap: it uses what you already know and tells you what to do first.

Question 2

If the roadmap is free, what is the catch?

Accepted Answer

There is none. The roadmap is yours, and plenty of people build everything themselves with it. Some read it and see how much there is to build. Those people ask me to build it with them.

Question 3

What is the difference between Start, Grow and Scale?

Accepted Answer

How much gets built around your product. Start ($249) gives you your plan, three guides written for your business, lifetime access to the tools, and one review of your product before launch. You build the rest. Grow ($449) adds a premium website and a profile rewrite built for you, a Custom Whop App and private Claude Skills. Scale ($749) adds your distribution set up for your path, unlimited revisions, a post-launch optimisation sprint and up to 3 Custom Whop Apps. You can upgrade later and pay only the difference.

Question 4

How long until everything is built?

Accepted Answer

Start: your plan and guides within 7 days, and your product review whenever your product is ready. Grow: everything built for you within 2 to 3 weeks. Scale: everything within 3 to 4 weeks. Counted from the day your onboarding answers are in. Creating the product itself runs on your schedule, and your roadmap gives you a realistic range for your hours per day.

Question 5

Can I get my money back?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Within 14 days after purchase you can request a full refund without giving reasons, for consumers and businesses alike, via Whop (Manage Membership, Request a Refund) or by email. Your request is in time if it reaches us on day 14. Statutory rights for consumers apply in addition. Details are in the Refund Policy.

Question 6

What is the 3× Promise?

Accepted Answer

Every new feature and version of Product Builder and Operator OS Ultra is included until your business has made 3× what you invested, measured by your revenue on Whop. After that, nothing is taken away: you keep lifetime access to the tools as they are, your Client Dashboard, every resource, and my guidance. Only new features and versions then cost $100 a year, and only if you want them. Fixes and security updates stay free either way. It is a promise about updates, not a refund promise: refunds work through the 14-day money-back guarantee.

Question 7

What do I still have to do myself?

Accepted Answer

In every scope you create the product in Product Builder, answer the onboarding questions, and make the decisions only you can make. In Start you also build the website, profile and distribution yourself, with your plan and the tools. In Grow, the website and profile are built for you. In Scale, distribution is set up for you as well, and you mostly approve. Domain and hosting costs, and the running costs of any outside services, are yours.

Question 8

I don’t know which path to pick yet. Is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

No. Pick “Not sure yet” in the survey and your roadmap picks one for you from your time, budget and what you already have, and says why. As a rule: no audience and little time points to shadow operating, an existing audience points to a personal brand. You can switch or combine paths later.

Question 9

Which way of selling should I pick?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what you have. Personal brand: your product, your audience and your whole margin, but you build the audience first, so the start is slower. Faceless pages: no face needed and pages can be multiplied, but the audience still has to be built and trust takes longer. Shadow operating: an audience from day one, but you depend on outreach to land the right creator. Influencer arbitrage: fast reach without your own audience, but promotion costs money upfront and the margin has to cover it. Your free roadmap compares them for your situation.

Question 10

Is this a course?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no courses, lessons or coaching. You get a plan and guides written for your business, tools, a review of your product before launch, and in Grow and Scale, work done on your business: a website, apps, and distribution setup. It is an implementation service with fixed scopes.

Question 11

What is a Custom Whop App?

Accepted Answer

An app built only for your Whop: a member dashboard, a tool, or a feature that makes your product different from everyone else’s. Grow includes one, Scale up to three. Each is scoped with you before it is built. If an app uses outside services, such as AI, APIs, hosting or a database, those running costs are paid by you.

Question 12

What does lifetime access mean?

Accepted Answer

Lifetime means the lifetime of the tool, not yours. You keep access for as long as the tool is operated. If a tool or the Tailored Success Whop is shut down, access ends, announced at least 30 days in advance. Everything already delivered to you, like your plan, guides and the files you created, stays yours.

Question 13

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Answer the seven questions and get your free roadmap. Leave your Instagram handle or email and I message you within 24 hours, or message me on Instagram yourself. We talk it through in chat, and if a call helps, we pick a time there. If it fits, you get the Whop checkout link. Each scope has a fixed price, paid once; the total is shown before you order.

Question 14

What are the private Claude Skills?

Accepted Answer

Skills for Claude that I use to build and run my own business, covering sales, product creation and more. In Grow and Scale you get the ones that fit your path and model. They are licensed for your own business and need your own Claude account.

Question 15

Are results guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. No ethical service can guarantee revenue, clients or growth. What the market does with your product also depends on your offer, demand, execution and distribution. The money-back guarantee covers the purchase, not a sales result.

Question 16

Can Monetise members use Tailored Success?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is a common case. Monetise provides infrastructure, tools and training. Tailored Success applies them to one specific business and builds what is missing. It is not a replacement for Monetise.

Question 17

Is Legal Shield legal advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Legal Shield, and the legal drafts in Product Builder, are templates and an organisational resource. They are not individual legal advice and do not replace a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction and situation.

Question 18

What happens after I send my roadmap?

Accepted Answer

I read it and message you within 24 hours, with a concrete next step for your path, or with an honest answer that this is not the right fit or not the right time. Getting a roadmap or talking to me is not a commitment and does not guarantee acceptance.
