Withdrawal information

Who you buy from

You buy Gapwise Pro through the App Store. For the purchase, Apple is your contracting party (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland). Apple handles payment, withdrawal and refunds.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us or Apple of your decision with a clear statement. The easiest ways:

• in the app under Settings with "Withdraw from contract", then confirm with Apple
• directly with Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com
• by email to contact@pfh-studios.de, we will then point you to Apple

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you made for it are refunded without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day your withdrawal was received. The refund is made by Apple using the same payment method you used for the purchase. No compensation for value is owed for digital content after a withdrawal.

Free trial

You pay nothing during the free trial. If you cancel before it ends, there are no costs.
